These terms govern access to and use of nortetraining.com and the norte waitlist. By joining the waitlist you accept these terms.

1. Description of Service

Norte is an intelligent training platform currently under development. The website collects email addresses to inform interested parties when the service becomes available. Registering for the waitlist does not involve any payment or guarantee of access.

2. Conditions of Use

• You must be at least 16 years old to register.
• You must provide a valid email address that belongs to you.
• Any fraudulent, automated use or interference with the site's operation is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (texts, design, code, norte brand) is the property of Norte Training S.L. or its licensors, and is protected by applicable law. Reproduction in whole or in part without express authorization is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Norte is in development phase. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the site or a specific launch date. In no event will we be liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of this site.

5. Modification and Cancellation

We may modify these terms, the waitlist or the service at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. You can request removal from the waitlist by writing to support@nortetraining.com.

6. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain, unless applicable regulations provide otherwise.
